In our ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of our operations and better serve our members, from 22 July 2024 we will be transitioning to a PO Box address to manage our incoming mail more effectively.

To facilitate this transition, we have partnered with CFH Docmail Limited, who will assist us by creating digital copies of all incoming post. These digital versions will be integrated into our review system, allowing for quicker access and processing. To allow for this transition period, we have also set up a re-direction service for twelve months up until July 2025.
This change is designed to streamline our mail handling, but rest assured that any original documents will be forwarded to us if needed. We would ask members where possible to send us copies of personal documents, such as certificates. Any original personal documents will be returned to members via Special Delivery ensuring secure and prompt delivery.
Please note that while our mailing address is changing, our staff will continue to work and provide support from our office at County Hall in Trowbridge.
